The RENTALKOVO website is currently provided in a pilot operation mode. Consequently, it must be acknowledged that some functionalities may not be fully available, may exhibit errors or behave in an unexpected manner.

The Provider of the RENTALKOVO website does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted, error-free operation or the absolute reliability and accuracy of the information provided.

2. Limitation of liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the user as a result of using the website or its temporary unavailability.

By using the RENTALKOVO website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

This version of the Terms and conditions shall become effective on the date of its publication on the RENTALKOVO website and shall remain valid throughout the entire duration of the project's pilot operation. Their validity shall expire on the day they are replaced by the final and binding version of the Terms and Conditions.
