1. Status and character of the service

The RENTALKOVO website is currently provided in a trial, i.e. non-commercial, operation mode. Consequently, it must be acknowledged that some functionalities may not be fully available, may exhibit errors or behave in an unexpected manner.

The Provider of the RENTALKOVO website does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding uninterrupted, error-free operation or the absolute reliability and accuracy of the information provided.

2. Limitation of liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the user as a result of using the website or its temporary unavailability.

By using the RENTALKOVO website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Operational status: You are fully aware that the website is in pilot operation.
  • Absence of warranties: All services and components of the RENTALKOVO website are provided without any legal warranty (they are provided "AS IS").
  • User profile content: The Provider bears no responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of the data and information that users have entered into their profiles and advertisements, as well as emails they created.
  • User liability for content: In the situation where a user inputs into their profile, email or advertisement a content that is false, inaccurate, misleading, detrimental to reputation, or otherwise unlawful, the user alone shall bear full legal responsibility for such content, without any claim for redress or liability against the Provider.
  • Renunciation of claims for damages: You agree not to assert any claims for damages (both pecuniary and non-pecuniary) against the Provider arising in connection with the use of this service.
  • Acceptance of terms: You hereby express your agreement with these contractual and operational terms and conditions.

3. Effectiveness of the terms

This version of the Terms and conditions shall become effective on the date of its publication on the RENTALKOVO website and shall remain valid throughout the entire duration of the project's pilot operation. Their validity shall expire on the day they are replaced by the final and binding version of the Terms and Conditions.

4. Use of listings for marketing purposes

The user acknowledges and agrees that any content published through the RENTALKOVO website, in particular listings or parts thereof (texts, photographs, descriptions), may be used by the Operator for marketing and promotional purposes of the RENTALKOVO service.

Such use may include, in particular, publication on the Operator's official communication channels, especially social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) and other marketing materials, without any entitlement of the user to remuneration.

The Operator undertakes not to publish the user's personal data beyond the usual content of the listing without the user's explicit consent.
