4. Conflicts of interest

Reviewers should not have a relationship that could affect the objectivity of the review, such as family ties, employment, or direct financial connections. Reviews from persons in a conflict of interest are considered inappropriate.

5. Independence and motivation

Reviews should not be written as a result of financial or other incentives, including discounts, gifts, or other benefits. Reviews should not state or imply that they were created in exchange for compensation.

6. Personal data protection

Reviews should not include personal data of third parties, including full names, addresses, or phone numbers. When mentioning the owner, their family member, or a property manager, it is recommended to use general terms such as “owner” or “manager.”

7. Review structure and length

It is recommended that reviews are clear and logically structured. The suggested length is a few sentences covering positive and negative aspects as well as overall rating and recommendation.

8. Editing

Rentalkovo reserves the right to make minor language, stylistic, or formatting edits without changing the content or meaning of the review.

9. Verification of authenticity

Rentalkovo may verify the accuracy and authenticity of reviews. Reviewers are asked to provide a valid phone number only for verification purposes. This number will not be published or shared with third parties. If the phone number is invalid or the information cannot be verified, the review will be considered unreliable and may be removed or marked as unverified.
